About Me
On the fitness front I’ve worked out since I was 12. 3 sport, year round kid.After college and years of marriage/kids I gained weight. It was happy weight though and I thank God for it because I wouldn’t give up the pancake Saturday’s or eating hotdogs at the games for anything. But now middle age, single, and kids adults it was time to get the fitness journey right.Now, a CrossFit L1 cert, consistent 10k steps a day (we’ll try), lift 3-4 times a week, and 3-4 cardio sessions a week it’s a new lifestyle. Embracing everyday God is giving me. Acts 16:31. Proverbs 3:5-6
